May 11, 2020 I have done some tests on Outlook 15.30 (170104) and reproduce the issue. However, I can change the due date if I open the task, then manually change the due date, start date and so on. You can try it on your side and check the result. Meanwhile, I noticed you’re using Outlook for Mac 15.30 (161206) which is our Office Inside program.

Direct sync with mobile devices bypasses cloud services like Google. Simply select the type of device you have from the Settings menu.
